Defining Who Is A Person

The January 21, 2010 Supreme Court ruling in CITIZENS UNITED v. FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION is getting a lot of play because of corporations funding campaign speech. That is not the big news. Rather, the big news centers around the word “person” and how it is defined and used. This has monumental ramifications on all of U.S. society and in the historic Christian Church.
