Inquiring minds are never penalized. But as the catechist I want to encourage discussion that advances teaching, and ideally the question and discussion process stimulates the student to explore and make connections.
So would I gain points or lose them if I replied by saying (/a la/ Robert Kolb): “Why do you want to know?”
